Than Shane Beamer? Sure we’ve had plenty of losers lead our football team but I’m not sure if any of them have been nearly as embarrassing as Shane? Just about every other game there’s some kind of emotional blowout or tantrum, and now I’m hearing that Clayton White / Beamer almost got into a physical altercation and had to be separated. When will this end? The losing, I’m used to that and it’s embarrassing enough. But this last game has made me legit embarrassed to be a gamecock fan and I’m pretty sure that’s never happened before.

Brad Scott for taking a position coach job at our rival.
Champ his entire tenure we were clowned for
Sparky for being a doofus
Spurrier (for how he left us)
Lou for the fight, and his homer takes on espn.
All pretty embarrassing in different ways. It's kind of hard to decide.

IMO Shane’s halftime comments - not the historic collapse - were the real embarrassment this past weekend. I get that he’s shown signs of being a good “team culture” guy, but when you really look at his tenure here, he’s absolutely just an overly emotional crybaby that throws fits anytime he’s questioned or criticized.
It’s as if his real motivation in winning football games is so that he can have his moment being on the verge of tears in front of a microphone on the field.
Personally, I never found him to be that likable and just haven’t understood what other fans see in him to think he’s a good representative/leader of our university.
I thought him trying to fight Bielema last year was profoundly humiliating, yet he’s outdone himself again and it’s just tiring at this point.

When you're raised up with everything handed to you, including coaching jobs, because of who your father is you act like a immature spoiled brat.

Beamer has reached peak embarrassment with his comment today.
