Minus the Louisiana Monroe game, Alabama is averaging 27 points per game. Granted it has been a tough schedule, but that seems pretty bad.

Hard to get points without an O line that can push and no running back. That concussion must’ve done some psychological damage to Jam, but we haven’t had a good rushing attack since Gibbs went pro. I believe we’re more than capable of beating Auburn, but I’m not sure after that if the offense doesn’t change dramatically.

Keep in mind part of the reason is the change in clock rules has shortened games so you get fewer possessions. We also frequently use the entire play clock and have 4+ minute drives even when we don't score. We didn't even cross midfield on our final drive yesterday and still burned over 6 minutes.

So the #4 SOS and #8 SOR in the country, a QB in his 10th start behind an O line that is inconsistent enough to impact both QB and RB efficacy yet is sitting at 9-2 seems pretty bad? No question it's been ugly, but in spite of the glaring issues Bama is in position to make a playoff run. I'll take it.
