Official Alabama Congrats Thread to Oklahoma Fans

There are no excuses as to why Alabama lost and Oklahoma won. Oklahoma won because they scored more points, period.
Alabama is not a better team. If they were a better team, they would have won the game.
I dislike Oklahoma fans just as much as everyone else. They are a cowardly, timid bunch of fans who prostrate themselves in front of Longhorn fans at every chance to retain their friendship.
They bleat continually about the great rivalry that exists between them and Texas, yet seem subservient in their presence.
Couple this with their inherent need to vigorously defend any slander or denigration of the Longhorn team or the fans with a white hot intensity of a thousand suns, and it's not easy to warm up to such a nauseating group.
Suck it up, Bama fans, show some class. Congratulate this miserable bunch of loathsome, two-faced sycophants and look inward to criticism, not outward to blame.
Congratulations, Sooners, your team played a damn good game and had more spirit and determination than Alabama.

OU are like two guys who grew up fighting each other in the neighborhood... and then both of their parents moved them to the same new neighborhood.
It is weird... trust us. Hopefully after SEC fans are used to us both being in the conference... we can get back to the way it is supposed to be.

I have never met a single Bama fan, or interacted with any Bama fan on any message board, who gives a single solitary monkey frick about Oklahoma’s relationship with Texas.

They don't seem to have a backbone. Even with the recent domination of Texas on the field, they still slather them with foamy approval at even the slightest opportunity.
It's bizarre. It's as if they could beat them a thousand times but, deep down, still feel inferior to Longhorns as human beings and desperately seek their approval.

OU is to Alabama what ALabama is to Georgia. They just have our number. Nothing else you can say about it. They had one of their worst teams in years last year and beat us by 21. We put over 400 yards of offense on their defense, had twice the first downs and owned the time of possession and OH BY THE WAY, held their offense to about 200 yards of total offense.....and still lost. Unreal, but it is wht it is.

I have zero idea what you’re talking about, and I think Texas fans would also be super confused to hear that OU fans slather them with approval.

Right, good points. Their defense throttled Alabama right when they needed to, every time. Let us think we are doing good, give the team confidence, and then strangle them to the point of collapse every time they stepped out of place.
