Conference games plus FSU are included.
FSU -14
@ Georgia +3
Vanderbilt +16
@ Missouri +3
Tennessee +17
@ South Carolina +7
LSU +11
Oklahoma -2
They are only +41 in these games which leads to an average margin of +5. They live on a razors edge most games and probably should've dropped another game already before tonight's loss.
For comparison. . . 2015 alabama
Ole Miss -6
@ Georgia +28
Arkansas +13
@ A&M +18
Tennessee +5
LSU +14
@ Mississippi State +25
@ Auburn +16
Overall they were +113 in the 8 conference games which lead to an average margin of +14.
And here's another comparison . . . 2017 alabama
FSU +17
@ Vandy +59
Ole Miss +63
@ A&M +8
Arkansas +32
Tennessee +38
LSU +14
@ Mississippi State +7
@ Auburn -12
Overall +226 with an average margin of +25 per game.
FSU -14
@ Georgia +3
Vanderbilt +16
@ Missouri +3
Tennessee +17
@ South Carolina +7
LSU +11
Oklahoma -2

Alabama is the most fraudulent Top 20 team LSU has played this season by a wide margin.

Well Alabama beat Vanderbilt.

I’ve been thinking about that this year. Kalen DeBoer was the same way at Washington in 2023. He brought the heat against all the hard opponents but the bottom feeders really gave him the business too.
For some reason his offensive system takes a few years to filter out the big dudes, though. Ty, as good a QB as he is, is not the guy. Austin Mack or Keelon Russell will be the ones that benefit from Kalen having all his players at Alabama.
People have to remember that Alabama still lost 35+ players when Saban left 2 seasons ago. That’s worse than what happened to Alabama when they almost got the death penalty. Year 3 is when I’ll concede that Kalen might just be a poor man’s Gene Stallings. Because that team will be absolutely loaded.

Not only are they not elite, they kinda suck.

if LSU would have a red zone offense they would have beat bama. they had to kick 4 field goals.

Well there needed to be a contrast to compare it to an elite team. From a point differential standpoint they're pretty much spot on with where they were at a year ago.
Here's 2024 alabama. . .
Georgia +7
@ Vandy -5
South Carolina +2
@ Tennessee -7
Missouri +34
@ LSU +29
Oklahoma -21
Auburn +14
Overall +53 with an average margin of +6.6.

Vanderbilt wins that game 7 of 10 times.

I mean duh. Alabama had the refs trying to drag them to victory against us and they still barely made it. They played absolutely awful. So did we ofc, but i told a coworker gump on monday that shite aint gonna cut it and yall will get bounced in round 1 playing like that. Bama isnt bama anymore, time for everyone to figure that out. Sec is more wild than ever.

No sec team is elite . To many good to elite teams who are beating each other up …. A@M may get really lucky and avoid playing any of the top 6 sec teams .
