I saw a Cole Cubelic YT about Bama's running "struggles" .

He made an interesting point... Only GT in the top 20 are a dominant run team but they are a true RUN team...

There are only 6 SEC backs in the top 50

None of the SEC schools are what we could call dominant on the ground... maybe Mizzou but Bama held that RB to 50 yrds.. and he's #3 in the nation.

I don't see any team outside of maybe ND that really leans on their running game..

Yes, this is about Alabama not having a running game... and I'm saying it's clear that THIS Bama team doesn't have to have a strong running game.. and based on our 8 straight wins it's apparent we don't need to... we've been able to run when it was necessary I don't see it being a problem.

We've already faced the nations toughest schedule... when is this supposed to bite us in the arse...?

It won't.

If we keep winning, I honestly don't give any fricks how we do it.

What does this have to do with Brian Kelly, Lane Kiffin, Nick Saban, LSU and Louisiana politics?

Believe it or not, Oregon has 4 stud running backs, 2 of which are freshmen. Their OL is a big group of maulers.

When Oregon doesn't try to get too cute, they could run it down the field on just about anyone.

Our run game is pretty solid

It’s one of our strengths

A&M has gotten in the habit of barely passing the ball in the 2nd half and we did it again against Mizzou. The most telling was an 8 minute, 50 yard TD drive against UF in the 4th where we just pounded the rock when they knew we were going to pound the rock and they still couldn't stop it to put that game away. We share carries between our RBs but they all can hurt you. Of course the best one is Moss who is still out but he should be back in the next couple of weeks. A&M loves to squeeze the life out of teams running the ball.

Our run game is decent ..think we are top 25. We'll never have a single back with massive numbers due to how Kirby rotates between 3 generally.

But our ability to run has been a pleasant surprise

I'm pretty happy with our balance. #17 nationally overall.
