The SEC has 3 tigers + 1 paper tiger

Here are the teams that Texas A&M (#1 in the SEC) has not played:
#2 Alabama
#3 Georgia
#4 Ole Miss
#5 Texas
#6 Vanderbilt
#7 Oklahoma
#8 Tennessee
That's a clean sweep avoidance of the entire TOP HALF of the SEC. In what world is this allowed? This is comedy!
Alas, they have to play #5, but a mere 1-loss is not going to eradicate this farce.
This is akin to a G5 team going into the playoffs. Nice job SEC.

The problem is that conferences are too large relative to the size of the season. Yes, Texas is a part of the problem for the SEC. It was much better when the conferences were 10 or 12 teams in size so a team couldn't avoid the top half of the conference.

Reasonable expectation is to play 4 teams from the top 50%. Texas played 3 last year. One less.
Aggie has played ZERO so far.

Correct, Texas only played one team that was ranked and one team in the top half of the conference last year and that team beat them like a drum

Auburn, Florida and LSU are all Top 13 nationally in composite talent rankings.
