If UTx loses to UGA & A&M…

all of A&M’s 8 SEC opponents will finish with at least 4 losses in the regular season (assumes Mizz loses another one which they almost certainly will). Has that ever happened in the history of the SEC since integration?
Editing to add that according to Grok, Vandy in 2012 was the closest to the historic feat A&M appears headed towards with 6 of their 8 SEC teams finishing with 4 losses (the SEC East…woof).

Is 4 losses bad for every sec opponent you play?

Sorry for beating the crap out of everyone?

Imagine playing 8 SEC opponents and not 1 of them being ranked at the end of the regular season…

You beat all the SEC teams you played 4 times this year? Wow, A&M is good

A&M has beaten every team on their schedule, unlike some teams that peed down their leg against trash teams.
We played in the SEC West for over a decade. Sankey made changes to accommodate new additions, and shook up the snow globe of a schedule in the process (we’re still waiting to host UGA, which we haven’t done since joining the league). We had no control over the names we were subsequently told to play.

Which literally may go down as the worst SEC schedule in the history of the SEC. Congrats?

What are we supposed to do about it? Apologize?
I honestly don’t get this incessant argument. We were assigned a schedule. We’ve played the schedule. We’ve beaten the opponents that were presented to us. Is there some sort of demerit we should inherit because the SEC didn’t accurately prognosticate the overall
caliber of each team we played?

So frick the teams that have played tougher schedules right? They didn't have control over it, but frick em!
I really hate this excuse. I don't think your schedule is all that bad, it's just the worst in the SEC. But this whole notion "we can only play who we schedule" is annoying because it's as if you expect people to give you a free pass. In reality, if people ignore that, then they also have to ignore the teams that played tougher schedules because you're saying SoS doesn't matter.
Which again, isn't even really even needed here, but you guys can't help it because you view anything negative as a slight.

Pains me to say…it ain’t Aggy’s fault that LSU is arse.

Fault's got nothing to do with it. The problem is that there are only limited places for success, so if you reward teams for having shite schedules under the excuse "it's not their fault", then you are in effect saying SoS has no meaning. Because "it's not their fault" when some teams face multiple top10 teams either. But it's that path they were dealt.
I don't even see the big deal, it's not like their schedule is disqualifying or anything. It's just nothing to brag about.

Hmmm… I’m imagining a bid in the SEC Championship game and a playoff spot..
That would not suck.

Reasonable people would recognize that the schedule has had a huge part of the record you carry and would understand that you may be the BYU of the SEC. They were also undefeated until they played an actual top 10 team, and we saw what happened. Indiana and SMU did it last year.
You might be a legit top 10 team, or you might be a complete fraud. Smart posters would realize this and post accordingly until that is determined, but most of the A&M fans are acting like Tenn fans when they have a moment of success. Not a good look at all

Huh? How are we fricking any other teams? What exactly do you want us to do?
When we came to the SEC, we faced the likes of the best Alabama programs in history and national championship-caliber LSU on an annual basis, while Mizzou drew the longer straw and was graced with the Vanderbilts and Kentuckys. You play the hand you’re dealt.
The only team getting “fricked” in the rankings seems to be Texas A&M, because of who we have or haven’t played, due to no fault of our own. We’re an undefeated 9-0 SEC team who went on the road to South Bend and beat top-10 Notre Dame, yet we’re currently behind fricking INDIANA because of an SEC schedule assigned to us.

Maybe. Can’t argue with this airtight logic.
All I know is we didn’t get curb stomped by Florida State and embarrass the entire conference.

Very UT comment coming from a team that hasn’t won a single thing since they joined the conference…not one single trophy to speak of in over a decade in this conference.
Some people earned their trip to Atl. If A&M makes it this year it will be solely due to their Thrift Store schedule.

And yet A&M’s SOS is higher than Alabama’s SOS.
It’s not Aggies saying Aggie SOS is harder than Bama’s

I smell a scared bitch from all the way over here. Stankey does nothing without calling Tuscaloosa first and yall approved the schedules.
Yall also gave him the ok to backdoor tu and blowu into the league. Now the schedules are screwed up and that piece of dirty dealing has blown up in your face! LMAO!

How very Aggie of you. What you fantasize about doing to your in state rival is between you and them.
All I know is you aren’t even the best team in your state until proven otherwise, but you think your the best team in the league after playing all the bad teams
