Bill Smith (Ole Miss) had a 92 yard punt vs USM in 1982...that's all I've got on the subject.

Went to see my cousin play for Abilene Christian against Tulsa earlier this season. The punter for Tulsa had an 80 yard punt, which I know is not the record, but really cool to see in person. Just an absolute bomb.

Ray Guy 93 yds vs Ole Miss about 1970. I remember listening to it on the radio as a kid.

When I was in high school we had a punter kick it on a low trajectory nearly 85 yards against us. I’m sure college punters with good bounces can theoretically handle any distance that would fit on a football field.

Hah, no I honestly remember seeing this in a Guiness Book of World Records once lol
