Just for my own edification, in the hammered dog shite world, is there some kind of hierarchy for clear to opaque plastic for hammering said dog shits? What are the advantages? The features and benefits if you will?

Interim is one of those dudes you hire for free or at Mexican wage, but then they crush it for you, so then you at least pay them minimum wage.
Then you realize what good work can do, so you hire the permanent guy, who sometimes gives more than what’d you’d expect, and sometimes you’d wish he was Mexican so you could pay him less, and then if he slacks off, deport him, instead of paying him a bunch of money.
But I just realized I’m drunk and need to go to bed.

Let’s be honest. He walked into the job, verge and his cronies gave him marching orders, and then someone explained to Rousse about verge’s skeletons in the closet. 
Verge is pretty well liked in the conference and coaching circles. I am curious if he’s the athletic director after the hire, but I would at least trust verge hiring a top coach. Not sure about managing an athletic department.

So you'll be ok with a temp AD hiring your coach permanently, then another AD comes in to be his boss? Baw if ya'll go down that road you will be deep in the wilderness. If not already.
