I think Kelly got himself fired on purpose. If I had the opportunity to get the hell out of Louisiana with $54M in my pocket, I'd probably take it too.

No. I think Jimbo liked CS. He was just incompetent. Kelly probably could have saved his job despite the losses, but I think he told the bosses to get fricked knowing that they'd fire (and pay) him.
