Why isn’t anyone talking about Josh Heupel?

He has destroyed us in games, kept it very close with Georgia and Bama games, and is a past QB who knows how to run an offense. I want this guy as head coachhfor LSU. Not the clown from Ole Miss that stays on social media like my kids.

Because everyone knows he's going to OU when they fire Skeletor.

There isnt a job thats a big enough that he would ever leave Tennessee. Only place he would leave for is OU and that would be personal reasons not professional

LSU could never pull him lol

Bama beat 10rc by 17 points, not exactly most people would call "very close".

The score doesn’t reflect the entire game.

are you ten years old? Tennessee has more money than LSU, more alumni, and its a better school in a way nicer state. The only thing LSU has is more in state talent. There is literally no incentive to coach LSU over Tennessee.

LSU fans think their nasty school in that broken city in a terrible state is so attractive for some reason. Yall have more money than Ole Miss but not more than us

LMAO this is ALL about talent and money .It’s about football not site seeing . We have shown that we are willing to throw the bank at a coach to win. Plus the oil money in this state surpasses anything you have. This is why we have played in 4 national championship games this century and won three . How many have yall played in?

Alight you are actually retarded if you think LSU has more money than Tennessee. Thats not even debatable. TN state population, GDP, and alumni base is nearly double yours. All the oil money in Lousiana goes to Texas idiot, I literally live in South Louisiana haha. And our lack of success this century is because we hired terrible coaches not because the university doesn't have the resources to be successful. Why was LSU terrible in the 90s? Its because unless you hire the correct coach nothing matters.

Nobody ever rates Tennessee as a better job than LSU

Yeah and people say LSU is a better job than UGA but its really not. At a certain point, the Big 6 all have comparable resources and we are situated in an area of the country with a surplus of talent that each can recruit at a national championship level. No Big 6 SEC school can realistically pull anothers coach because they are all the same. Its never been done unless maybe another coach wanted to go to their alma mater which idk if even that has happened

Heupel has had Georgia and Alabama on the schedule every season he's been there. Heupel is 28-5 at home and 3 of the losses were against Georgia. In the last 4 years, he is 2-6 against Georgia and Alabama and 36-5 against everybody else. That's incredibly strong.

I give him a pass for the Ohio State game last year. Ohio State came off that loss to Michigan on a motherfricking mission. Heupel had no hand in Tennesseee fans way overhyping the team for that game and changing Google maps to Neyland North and acting cute.

Will be interesting to see how Tennessee does moving forward without Georgia and Alabama on the schedule.

Because you have zero chance of pulling him. He's not leaving Tennessee for anywhere other than potentially his Alma mater.

AD's have recognized what Mizzou fans learned a long time ago: his offense is a gimmick that runs it up on cupcakes then shits it's leg against opponents with a defensive pulse.

You're right. 17 isn't a close game.
With a closer look, one play made 14-point swing.
