If Saban came back to coach I’d pull for him anytime he wasn’t playing Bama. LSU, Auburn, Tenn? Doesn’t matter. That man let us live the same football life our grandparents lived under Bear. I’d want him to get one more championship

Saban for a couple of years to get it stabilized, then takes over as Athletic Director OR Saban IN now as AD and let him hire the new HC. (My preference and many of my LSU Alum and Non-Alum friends)

Good grief how many times do I have to post this. Saban is not coming back to college to coach. Period!!!
To get Saban to even think about coaching college football a school would need some kind of hook. Saban has money running out his arse. He has national titles running out of his arse. He has built a legacy at Alabama and cemented his place in history as the best coach ever in the sport. And did it at the school that the greatest coach in college football history coached at before he came along. Why is he gonna give all that up unless someone can offer him something that he doesn’t already have.
There are probably 2 schools in college football that might could give Saban a reason to get back into coaching. Those schools are Kent St and West Virginia. Kent St is his Alma matter. If they called and said Coach will you come make us great at football then he might listen. Saban is from West Virginia and seems to be proud of that fact. If they called and said Coach come make us great at football then he might take an interest. Those are sentimental reasons though. They may or may not work. That’s at least offering him something he doesn’t already have though.
