I guess so, but my point was, its better to roll the dice on 1 more bad year with Freeze (possibly a great year) than to hire another letdown in a bad market and be left with 4-5 bad years. Give him another season to right the ship and if he can't, get a good coach next year when everybody and their mother isn't also looking.
