There are a lot of opinions about the Alabama football team right now, let’s weed through them and separate the fact from the fiction. Answer as many or as few as you like.

FACT or FICTION: Alabama’s hardest remaining game is on the road at Auburn.

F or F: Alabama will lose at least one more game if the running offense remains ineffective.

F or F: The WR drops are mostly a symptom of bad ball placement and too much velocity.

F or F: The secondary has actually been a weakness this year instead of the strength it was supposed to be.

F or F: Daniel Hill is the best RB we have right now.

F or F: Cole Adams should play over Rico Scott

1. False, Oklahoma is the best remaining opponent.

2. True, I cannot see Alabama winning out with a run game in this state.

3. False, WR job is to catch the ball. The QB is the one having to climb up and around the pocket with 260+ lb men trying to turn him into a grease spot.

4. False, they are generally preventing big plays.

5. True, but he's limited because I see him as a gap scheme runner not zone scheme.

6. False, I think Rico will be fine but he was a bit out of sorts out there...

Fact. It's going to take a miracle to win that game as last night was a preview of what playing in JH will be like.

OU and Auburn are both yuge concerns due to their defenses but I feel we stand a better chance at beating OU at home than AU in the voodoo bowl.

False. Aggie's QB was throwing bullets last night and their receivers didn't have any issues catching fast balls.

F or F: The secondary has actually been a weakness this year instead of the strength it was supposed to be.

False.

If the ball is high then it's on the QB. However Rico Scott's drop, RW drop? Those are om the WR.

Ball hits both hands you have to catch it.

We will absolutely struggle, and probably lose, in JH. Hopefully it will not affect us being in the playoffs. Is missing the conference championship really a bad thing?

Fact-ish: We are a bad matchup for LSU. I’d rather play the OU game twice than the iron bowl twice

F or F: Alabama will lose at least one more game if the running offense remains ineffective.

Fiction: I could see this team winning out

F or F: The WR drops are mostly a symptom of bad ball placement and too much velocity.

Fact for Rico and Bernard. Hollywood genuinely has weak hands

F or F: The secondary has actually been a weakness this year instead of the strength it was supposed to be.

Huge fiction: teams are scared of our secondary
quote:

F or F: Daniel Hill is the best RB we have right now. F or F: Cole Adams should play over Rico Scott

Both fiction. Hill literally cannot pass block

All season or just regular season? If regular season, I go fiction. All season, fact. This is not a championship team if we cannot run at all.

quote:

F or F: The WR drops are mostly a symptom of bad ball placement and too much velocity.

Fiction. Has this even been a problem outside of Williams until today? Williams has poor technique catching the ball. He leaves his feet too often and often tries to catch with his chest.

quote:

F or F: The secondary has actually been a weakness this year instead of the strength it was supposed to be.

Fiction. We’re top 10 in opponents pass yards per game.

quote:

F or F: Daniel Hill is the best RB we have right now.

Fact, except he is much worse than Jam in pass pro, so Miller still needs to play a lot.

quote:

F or F: Cole Adams should play over Rico Scott

Fact, but neither should play much when 5, 2, 1, and 17 are all healthy. I’d throw 30 in the mix too if he is fully recovered from that bad concussion.

Use him in the passing game.

But what has he done to show he’s good at taking handoffs any farther than Jam?

I’ll take Jam’s leadership and ability to pick up first downs when it’s possible. His leverage, toughness, and experience allow him to be fairly clutch in many situations.

Dude are you drunk?

That random outburst wasn’t even relevant to the post you were responding to.

Honestly don’t think any of our RBs are going to make that much of a difference ground game wise because it’s more on the OL.

Yeah they’re not special backs, but even mediocre RBs at Bama shouldn’t be struggling to get to 4 ypc

FACT or FICTION: Alabama’s hardest remaining game is on the road at Auburn.

I want to go on record and say we will blow them out in Jordan Hare this year. 42-3 or close to that score. No jinx either .
