This may be the most ignorant question ever, for a lot of reasons.
UGA is a university. It doesn't get a vote.
Uga is a mascot for UGA athletics. He also doesn't get a vote.
The state of Georgia has many universities and people inside of it. Not to mention many people who graduated from other universities who live there.
