No, Beamer wouldn't be fired but one has to ask why does a school like lsu continue to accept a subpar coach? Frankly I wonder why lsu hired him when he showed his ceiling a Notre Dame which is a way more prestigious program than lsu.

Do you not consider SCe a top tier program? Yes, BK wasn't our first or second pick but he's here, so we are forced to support him.

He’s 4-1 this season has won 33 games in 3 and 1/4 years having taken over a dumpster fire,why would LSU fire him.

Lsu has no competition in it's state like Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Carolina ect... yet with BK they are still a middle to lower end SEC team. You guys deserve better and have a better chance to be elite yet BK can't get you there

No, only a liar would say Carolina was a top tier program. We hired Beamer so we deserve what we have. Guess the same can be said of lsu. You hired a coach that couldn't get it Done at Notre Dame yet thought he could at lsu

I doubt you’re being serious, but LSU would never drop $60 million to buy Kelly out right now since we’re spending 20+ million a year on the football roster.
It has been said from the beginning that Kelly has no intention of being at LSU for 10 years. If LSU is (once again) not a contender next season I genuinely think he just retires. Otherwise it’s 9-4/10-3 purgatory for a few more years.

No, he was the original author when he hired Jimbo at aTm.
Props to Mitch Barnhardt at UK though. He got rid of Calipari without costing a dime.

Kelly has seemed over it to me for a long time, aligns with all the talk of him living on the golf course from the beginning. I think he assumed this was going to be a cake walk and is fairly over it all.
