ND lost at home and Auburn lost on the road.

We ignoring that ND has won 3 straight and Auburn has lost 2 straight. Sorry but recency is pretty relevant.

No disagreement, but you have to factor in level of competition week to week too.

No, but you’re ignoring the ND was still ranked at 0-2. The meme shows ND is propped up by AP voters.

W 4-2 Baylor
W 2-3 Ball State
W 1-5 South Alabama
L 5-0 OU
L 5-0 A&M
Opponents are 17-8
ND
L 5-0 Miami
L 5-0 A&M
W 2-3 Purdue
W 2-3 Arkansas
W 3-2 Boise State
Opponents are 17-8
Where is the week to week difference in level in competition so far? Looks pretty damn much the exact same. Seems the only difference is one has lost 2 straight and the other has won 3 straight. That was my point. Recency is huge.

In reality Freeze would just pay the woman to be with him, like he always has.

No shame in losing both of Auburn’s games on the road to 2 top 10 teams. Most fans (maybe all fans) are frustrated in how the offense has looked in both. And it somehow seems to look worse each week.

Sorry. 17-8 and 17-10. I counted the total wins and didn't check to make sure they had played the same number of games. The opponents w/l % is only pretty much the same instead of identical.
Does that completely negate my point?

They will find a way to put ND in at 10-2 even if it means keeping a 9-3 SEC team out. Only A@M would probably get the nod over a 10-2 ND if they went 9-3 due to the head to head.

Find a way? They will be calling anyone mentally challenged for not putting in the golden domers at 10-2.
I’ve been saying it since they were ranked at 0-2… someone in the SEC better prepare for their screwing when up against ND with their baby soft schedule.

ND safer pick because only 50:50 chance OU is a top 10 team next week.
I know polls aren’t supposed to reflect future matchups but we live in a time where anyone with 10 spare minutes can Monday morning QB the pollsters with tons of data and their position is prestigious. They essentially have to factor in future schedules.
