They hate us both because Texas has the best BBQ and Oklahoma has the best Chicken Fried Steak. We own the Southern culture.
FFS Bama fans put Mayo on BBQ. Good BBQ does not need to be slathered in any sauce, let alone Mayo.

Apple cider vinegar and mayo mix is for smoked chicken only. And, it's delicious.
Hawaiians do a similar baste for chicken.
