Nuss' style of QB and strength tbh is to sling it. Right now though, he's trying to not throw picks and it's hurting him. Gotta take risks.

Kelly has decided to hand cuff the gunslinger and rely on the defense to win games. At this point in the year though a struggling offense is the least of our concerns. He'll get it figured out one way or another. Might start calling plays again who knows

TBH, there are a lot of new starters at TE and WR. The entire offensive line is new.
I think they will improve as they build chemistry.

Too many plays with 15 yards of effort to gain less than 5 yards. John Madden used to talk about running north and south instead of east and west.
Nuss is a serviceable quarterback but has yet to produce big numbers against top opponents. We'll see whether he's that guy or just a good enough to start in college but not good enough to be a starting NFL quarterback.
New or not, the offensive line needs to generate real push up the middle to create opportunities for everything else. Without a strong running game the team will not be elite.

Kelly isn't saying anything, but Nussmeier is clearly hurt. The scheme gets worse each week the season progresses. Probably trying to protect Nuss career.
