I don't think the Goal line stand is being reported properly,

There was no real time on the clock to risk running it in sooner, pass plays are all or nothing, but the clock stops with the incompletes. We called plays to extend the number of opportunities and a missed assignment was the problem, not us getting pushed. First teamers will be back next week on the Oline. Plus that series will be held over the o's head to eternity.

I think Kirby should have sent the fg team out to punish the o for the shite effort.

Otherwise, Georgia stopped Georgia. What changed with Austin Peay from last time is Austin Peay is a legit fcs playoff team that we still were able to play with our food and win handily. We also ran the ball alot and with new clock rules, getting 8 yards a clip still takes a lot of time off the clock, paired with not creating turnovers and having our own just doesn't lead to lopsided scores.

My concern is Kirby is an absolute task master with defensive executions but offensive execution has troubled us in 23-24-25. He either needs to be more involved or hire people that eat breathe and sleep offense. We could have had Gus or Dana Holderson in the off season and both those guys could succeed in Georgia.

It would be hard to argue that the offense is held to the same standard as the defense in the Kirby era. If we had come in 102nd or whatever in rushing defense (like the offense last year), Kirby probably would have strangled Schumann on the sidelines.

Kirby is reaching the CEO point of his career, he will always have his hands in the d like Saban, but he needs mercenary hires on O. If we are going to lose our on top flight olinemen, we need a running style dynamic o where it's not a race to the QB. I think our offensive staff is too comfortable like Cheney.

I didn’t understand running Cash right in the middle on 2nd and 3 from their 6. Didn’t understand why he was the RB during that sequence. Woulda like to see Frazier or Bowens get a shot there. But they both got them later in the sequence and failed to gain anything. But I also thought Frazier scored

That play was a terrible day breaker in theory. Right now if cash is in its 5 to 1 a pass play. He knows the protections.

“Too cute by half” by Bobo and staff.

Am I the only one that thought Frazier broke the plane with the ball at the 1? Didn’t seem to get any talk but to me it was pretty clear he went passed it and got pushed back.

Entire sequence was probably most valuable part of the game, will let team feel the heat this week and hopefully lead them to some growth.

Somebody in the game thread yesterday asked why we didn't run it 4 straight times lol.

I even explained why you can’t run 4 times and was down voted. These are the people you are dealing with.

Same people would be saying things like first and dumb as we would have only got 1 play.

Wish Kirby would stick with going for it late and make the team earn the right to go for it. They earned a fg attempt yesterday

We had the right plays called. Should have thrown it to 8 on the fade instead of the slant. Didn't lead 1 enough and was late. Was late and behind 32. On last play, a dude whiffed.

My point has always been poor execution. That said, I just flipped back through the highlights and the game was lopsided as hell. Offensive execution done poorly fricked us.

Bobo has been doing it 2 decades. When you can figure it out why he runs the smallest, least pure running back between the tackles on a must have situation please come back and explain it to us. Most of us would like to know the answer before we die.

One day he will catch the opponents by surprise with that...then it will all be worth it.

Our random use of Cash at times not seemingly a fit baffles me. It’s like Bobo believes if he does it enough somebody will be surprised.

Cash has proven to be very good out of the backfield and blocking on pass plays. Are you upset about that or the few times he has run it?
