Could Kalen even pull off a personality change- & start tearing into his guys

Or would it be seen as desperation by the team if he all of a sudden changed personalities?

Serious answer, no chance. He could but while 18-22 year olds are drama queens with the attention span of a nat, they would see right thru it and figure it out for the desperation move it is Then the drama queen aspect kicks in and he has lost the team. The time for that was in pre-spring workouts

His players might take the first opportunity to enter the portal if Kalen adopts the No More Mr. Nice Guy approach
