Texas is still reaping the benefits of having the easiest SEC schedule in SEC history.

In '25....
Texas is playing the teams that finished #2, #6, #10, #11, #12, #13, #15, #16 from how the teams finished the 2024 regular season.
Combining the divisions from '23... In the '24 season.... Texas played...
#1, #8, #9, #11, #12, #13, #14 when the league was fourteen teams.
Considering that they mostly played the bottom of the league... I don't think that is much different than playing the round robin schedule in the ten team Big 12.... other than the fact that nobody in the Big 12 was as good as Georgia.
Texas is playing the teams that finished #2, #6, #10, #11, #12, #13, #15, #16 from how the teams finished the 2024 regular season.

I’m not even throwing shade at Texas specifically here, but it is insane that they drew 6 of the bottom 7 on their schedule. That’s on the SEC. It is also Exhibits A through Z why we need to figure this scheduling shite out. That just isn’t fair competition.

ACC and SEC were in the same conference originally, so they are like the bastard, red headed, stepchild. B1G is just trash, especially BuckNuts and MeatChicken. Lots of foul play at those schools that always got "swept" away like UCLA and U$C in the PAC.
