Justice Haynes ran for 159 yards on 16 carries. But he was a “problem” last year. Seems the only damn problem is Kaitlyn Dubose. What a fricking joke.

Who did Michigan play last night ?

I don’t give a frick who they played. He ran his arse off. We got guys taking fricking plays off. Not giving effort at all. We have massive coaching issue.

The problem “last year” is the same “problem” this year… a coach afraid to make a change, no creativity, poor planning, and zero clue how to get maximum effort out of paid players against inferior teams.

Who would have damn near given us a game last night.

There’s the reason why he ran for so many yards.

Want to bet Haynes has more yards at the end of the season than any 1 of our backs.

I hated to lose Haynes. I almost couldn’t blame him for leaving because we didn’t use him well at all. And Michigan was going to.
I hate when players leave but I can’t blame them if we’re doing a bad job using them.

Oh I agree. Just pointing out it’s not an individual issue. Well it is, but it’s because we have zero coaching. No accountability. Haynes could succeed here with the right leader.

Haynes put in very little effort last year. He killed a critical drive against Tennessee by pussyfooting around so much. I really don't care what he did against New Mexico and it's bizarre that you're trying to make something of it.

Absolutely. I agree with you 100%. Haynes really stung because I know he’s a great back. I’ve seen it. And we couldn’t find a way to feature him.

So kinda like everybody else on our roster. No effort. No ability to close. No aggression. Hmmmmmm common theme.

Leadership impacts effort

It’s easy to become disinterested when you aren’t being used. If your entire run game is QB draws when you have a top tier RB rotting on the bench or blocking then that’s what happens

Haynes went 4 for 102 and a touchdown against Western Kentucky last year
