DeBoer is 1-4 against unranked teams away from Tuscaloosa. He's only beat Wisconsin, and lost to Vandy, Oklahoma, Michigan, and now Florida State.

DeBoer does not know how to prepare teams to play with consistency. It is a struggle for good coaches but he can't do it at all. He simply will not last in Tuscaloosa. It's all over but the crying for this regime.

Add in the double digit favorite aspect in those games, and it is still worse than

Gotta up the toxicity, get him down in his feelings, maybe infidelity with a coworker will be just the thing that will make him feel loved again, then we can hit him with the moral turpitude clause.

Bama was a 23.5 pt favorite at Vandy
Bama was a 13.5 point favorite at Oklahoma
Bama was a 16.5 point favorite against Michigan
Bama was a 14.5 point favorite against Florida state

Bama was also a 3.5 point favorite against Tennessee.

Overall, Bama has been a favorite in every game they've lost under DeBoer and all but 1 was a 2 TD favorite.

This sucks.

lol, these quotes…

quote:

-- DeBoer on the offense not finishing when it had the ball in Florida State territory: “That’s probably a thing from a frustration standpoint the thing that is frustrating.”

quote:

-- DeBoer said Ty Simpson needs to trust his reads and let it loose sometimes. Alabama also needs to “catch the ball once in a while for him.”

DeBoer is in completely above his head. Needs to go back to the Pac-12 so he can get away with just rolling out there half-cocked and unprepared.

I think the only realistic way to get rid of Deboer soon is if a job opens up he wants. I bet he goes back to Washington if that opens up. We wouldn't have to pay the buyout.

Did anyone ask “why is the team getting consistently whipped in the trenches on both sides of the ball?”

5-5 in our last 10 games. These stats are all depressing.

Who would be that fricking stupid that they would hire him?

I mean, aside from Greg Byrne.

It was evident from the moment he set foot in Tuscaloosa but a lot of us, myself included, didn’t want to believe that and instead trust his past record. We should have trusted our eyes and our instincts that were telling us this guy is just not the right fit or the personality that was needed to follow Nick Saban.

There is no one that would be the right fit after Coach Saban (to be fair).

He was a fine hire at the time. He had just taken Washington to a national championship game. He won everywhere. Obviously, he was promoted to his level of incompetence.

Plenty of schools would love to have him.

By right fit maybe I should’ve said right temperament. You can’t go from Saban’s temperament to DeBoer and expect a good outcome.

North Dakota State is welcome to have him.
