Not sure what to expect in this game except a blowout. Their QB averaged over a 100 yards rushing a game in his starts last season I think. Looked at a few clips and some of their running stuff is slow developing so that should get blown up immediately against us. Hopefully we get some nice time in for our depth.

I expect it to be close.

31-17

Napier won’t allow it to be a blowout either out of respect or ineptitude.

lol..I want to review O line - especially Lovett. Wasn't watching close enough to see exactly what happened with blocking on those plays early.

Good to know Warner isn't #2.

Believe we have a top 7 roster in the country, prospects and portal. Shouldn’t really be surprised given Lagway, Baugh, our OL, and improvement on defense.

I feel pretty good about having Jones at the Helm when Lagway is hurt for a few games,

If Quinn was our backup then I would be very worried.

We all understand who the opponent was but this Gator team is different than Napier’s others. No penalties, no turnovers, solid defense, better play calling, none of the sloppy crap that we gave grown to expect the last 3 years. Take away Smacks 3 misses and it was a pretty damn good performance against an inferior team. Go Gators!

We looked pretty sloppy on about 5 plays at least with the starters in the 1st half on offense and that wasnt counting the bad plays because Lagway is rusty from being limited. Hopefully it improves a lot this coming week.

I agree
But we should have never had to kick 5 field goals
Lagway looked a little sloppy but it was definitely nice to blow out a team ,and make it look easy.

Of course its the first game there are some things to work on and clean up plus I think banks and Dallas Wilson will play next week

Plus i believe it was a pretty vanilla game plan

USF will not be a walk over game Florida needs to play well next week before going to BR and Miami
