Question for Peter Buck and Xs and Os people

In Brooks Austin's new Gunner Stocton film breakdown, he said that Bobo never installed outside zone run and we didn't run it at all last season. Said that Ole Miss was the first to fully realize it and ran a bunch of inside stunts, and after that every team we played did the same and our only answer was an endaround.
If this is true, it seems pretty egregious.

Brooks already is great and he has so much more potential, if can eliminate his inner "urban" teenager.

The film doesn’t lie, I doubt he would say that if there wasn’t video evidence to prove it!

Did he say Bobo didn’t install it or did he say defenses will have to respect the QB taking the read, which results in the DE and LB not being able to pinch on the cutback lanes?

Are you going to take VHS's word for it, and assume Brooks actually did say that? Even if you start the vid right where VHS says to start it, and watch to end, he never says anything about it.

I think he was getting at designed outsize zone runs. Not RPOs.

I plan on watching the video when I get off work. If Brooks did happen to say that I don’t believe he would have just made that up?!?

Sounds like you have your mind made up even after admitting you didn't watch the video and acknowledging that Brooks might not have even said what VHS said he said.

Both of you need to review the video with a keen ear and report back. If VHS is making fraudulent claims we need to know about it.

I already watched the full video before I posted it a month ago in the OP of The Gunner Stockton Thread. I don't recall him talking about outside zone not being installed, or anything really about it. The video focuses on Stockton highlights from the ND game. There is a small chance that VHS is telling the truth, but I don't remember it from the video I watched a month ago, and rewatched the part he called out in this OP, there was nothing about it, and he is a known liar and bullshitter. I'm not going to rewatch something I've already watched 1.5 times.
There's other people here who can watch it. It is a great video though. I highly recommend people watch it. I subscribe to only two football related things on YouTube, and Brooks is one of them.

Did you not read the first comment in this thread? That’s what I was basing my comment on, but like I stated Brooks wouldn’t have said that without any actual evidence.
I just rewatched his breakdown of the ole miss game. Pretty sure Bobo and Searels had to take the greyhound back to Athens. They ran inside zone runs the majority of the game with a few counters and like one or two toss plays. He did mention how they should have ran more outside zone with the d line stunting majority of the plays. And Walter Nolen was by far the best player on that field. Pretty sure that game film alone got him drafted in the first round.

At any point did Brooks say that Bobo never installed the outside zone? You can say he didn't call it enough, that's play calling critique. The accusation here is that Brooks said it was never even installed in the playbook. That's the accusation here. That's the subject.
