Interesting, Bama fans told me they were defending themselves.

quote:

Miles, 23, was accused of "aiding and abetting" co-defendant Michael Davis, who was found guilty of capital murder. Davis was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole and is in the process of appealing the verdict.

quote:

It's not yet known whether Miller or any other current or former members of the Alabama men's basketball program will be called to testify in Miles' trial. In the Davis trial, the state called Miller and now-Arizona point guard Jaden Bradley, who had been a member of the Crimson Tide in 2023. The state also listed ex-Alabama team manager Cooper Lee -- who was in the passenger seat of Miller's car -- and former Crimson Tide basketball player Nick Pringle as potential witnesses in the Davis trial, but neither was called to testify.

Miller and Bradley testified in Davis' trial that Davis had been around the Alabama basketball team often, primarily with Miles, even though he had no official affiliation with the program.

And Brandon Miller still has done nothing wrong, nor has he ever been charged. Are you going to be okay?

Oats has never been more proud of that man to pay the ultimate price for Miller's sins.

He hasn’t been ok for years.

His coach being the first Kentucky coach to go 0-3 in a season against Alabama certainly doesn’t help.

If convicted, per NCAA guidelines, he is automatically transferred to the Oklahoma roster.

This thread is about Alabama basketball Alum Darius Miles potentially getting the death penalty for murder. If you’d like to discuss Brandon Miller’s role in that murder start your own thread about him having a murder weapon in his car.

I hope they find this Alabama thug guilty of murder.

Still a complete sham that the guy who delivered the murder weapon was not charged as an accessory.

Put me down as saying they wont and cant.

The friend that got convicted was hiding in dark alleys, acting fixated, waiting to pounce while Davis was just talking at a car.
