I feel bad for the piglets I really do. I wanted them to win last night. But here are some numbers since 1992 (the year they started an SEC baseball schedule)
Arkansas (1992-present):
8 Omaha Appearances
1 SEC Tournament titles
4 SEC Regular Season Titles
0 Nattys
2 50-win seasons
Tennessee (1992-present):
6 Omaha Appearances
5 SEC Tournament titles
4 SEC Regular Season Titles
1 Natty
5 50-win seasons
1 60-win season
Produced 1 MLB hall of famer
All this talk about how "superior" their program is but since they have joined the SEC, Tennessee has had more success. Kind of embarrassing considering Tennessee did not start giving baseball real funds until post covid. But hey, don't worry, yall can always say you had a winning record against Tony Vitello. This seems to be all you care about, which is impressive considering you are the only program with a winning record against him. Hang the Banner!

Arkansas has been a very consistent program that just cannot win the national title.
In your timeframe, Tennessee has also had 21 SEC losing seasons. Eight of those losing seasons saw Tennessee win 10 games or less.

I would say CWS appearances is weighted more the SEC tournament wins. Most teams already locked as a seeded team play for the first win then rest their players. They are playing for the regionals at that point.
i would also add in Arkansas with 1 - Title game appearance. making it to the final game, but still coming up short is still a daunting task in baseball and should be acknowledged
50 and 60 win seasons are still impressive coming out of the SEC.....

So you wanted to start a thread to blow smoke up your own arse. Ok. Enjoy your offseason. At least Ark made it to Omaha . They actually got really bad draw as did we.

LSU Arkansas and Tennessee all had the same draw bud lol. They were the three betting favorites and the committee put them all next to each other. Granted this year I do believe that the order of finish for them is correct

Ok buddy. You can start blowing smoke up your football team being so great now.

I apologize , Vols did get Arkansas on road.

Guess if Vols were good enough they would had beat Hawgs and had shot at LSU!

LSU since 1992
15 Omaha Appearances
6 Nattys
9 SEC Regular Season Titles
10 SEC Tournament wins
11 50 win seasons
is that good?

Yeah because the OP has soooo much to do with LSU.

I mean you are trying to dickride their win last night, since Tony V couldn't beat the Hogs.

Your win last night doesn't change a single fact in the OP. Imagine that a baseball thread is started that has no importance or mention of LSU, and 5 different LSU accounts make it about themselves in 10 minutes. Kind of impressive

it greatly effects the Natty line
in fact we’ve beaten them like 6 times in Omaha.

Kind of to be expected when you post on an LSU centric board

You right... it doesn't. But you did however, decide to take time out of your day and throw out a comparison between Arky and 10rC in regards to the CWS, etc.
But as many have said, those things are in the past. Arky was in this year and got beat, while 10rC was at home and never got out of their own state.... is that correct?
So while it sucks for Arky and DVH, they at least made a run of it. 10rC, well they just squatted and pissed on the floor.
