Can we just quit with the Deboer/Bama decline thing?

Yes, I'm a UGA fan with NO love loss for Bama, and I realize there are some posters on here with the football IQ of a rock, but I'm about to demonstrate that I am NOT one of them. It pains me to say this, but the whole Bama is spiraling towards the Nine Circles of Hell thing is just embarrassing.
Let's consider the top 3 college football coaches in recent memory and their first seasons as HC....
King Saban; Ended the season 7-6, with a humiliating loss to La-freakun-Monroe along the way and managed to squeak out an Independance Bowl win against Colorado.
Kirby Smart; Ended his 1st season 8-5, lost to Vandy along the way and managed a tough win against TCU in the Liberty Bowl.
Dabo Swinney; Before starting his 5 season stretch in 2015 where he played for 4 Natties and won 2 of them, in just his 2nd season he went 6-7 and lost to South Florida in the Whatever Bowl.
So, I know many will continue with the 'decline' stuff, but uh...I'll reserve judgement for a couple of more seasons for a coach that won 9 games under the toughest of circumstances. But that's just me.
Ok, go ahead, let the stoning begin.

Are you really going to pretend that he didn’t inherit the strongest program in history of a transition like this?
DeBoer might turn out to be fine. But that program can only go down even with a really good coach

Bama will be fine compared to most everyone else.
First year new coach almost always has a tough first year.
Now, for everyone, the problem is with the players cohesiveness and commitment, not the head coach. You can't reliably put a whole new team together every year with transfers.
It's a crap shoot.
No one is safe or guaranteed of anything going forward in the current environment.

It’s tiresome but plenty of people have been waiting a long time for Bama to get knocked off the throne. Is it the worst thing for a fanbase to have to deal with some down years after decades of dominance? Not the worst posts on the board by a long shot.
