Wait until you stumble upon the article where Kelly had a kid killed just to record some practice footage.

LSU athletic trainer told him that he had vertigo and was cleared to practice.

Problem #1, a trainer can't diagnose anything, not qualified.

quote:

According to Brooks, Jr, he experienced the same symptoms on a daily basis and after 39 days, the team made an appointment with a neurologis

Problem #2, 39 days. A long time, the question here is did at any a physician see him and if so what was done.

quote:

According to Brooks, Jr., the surgeon who performed the surgery wasn’t qualified to do that particular surgery; Brooks, Jr. suffered multiple strokes during surgery

Problem #3, Surgeon's qualifications, very bad on hospital if true.

I'm pretty sure, if hospital and university legal has any sense at all they settle.

Wait until you read the story about BK sticking his unit right up your Mom’s pooter.

Geez, August can’t get here quickly enough.

At a certain point if you’ve had those symptoms 3+ weeks, you would think the person would take responsibility and go see a MD on their own…

Culture now a days tries to push responsibility off oneself and try to sue for $$$. All around terrible situation though

Nice response thread to the ongoing trial involving Bama athletes murdering a young woman.

The OP is a false statement:

How often does the physicality of the game of football result in players having headaches? It's in the best interest of the football program to have there athletes at their best physically. I'll agree 39 days of the same symptoms seems to be a bit much and hopefully the protocol changes going forward, as it should, but to put the blame on Kelly is just not fair. There is a medical and training staff with every team and as a coach you will do what the medical team recommends.

One of the inconsistencies with this story.

Brooks wasn't having daily symptoms, there's video from press conferences during this period where he tells reporters he has recovered and is "fine".

It's not Brian Kelly's job to diagnose tumors.

Now, tell us about Nate Oaks and how one of his players shot a person. Another player brought him the gun.

Takes a quick 5 minute google search to see that he was in fact qualified.
