Jamea Harris Trial

Michael Davis is on trial for capital murder in the death of the Jamea Harris. As the trial goes on it’s been discovered that Ms Harris and her boyfriend stalked and pulled behind them with their lights turned off. Ms Harris also passed her boyfriend a firearm to shoot Mr Davis and Darius Miles. If Davis or Miles was killed by her boyfriend would you be saying she should be charged with murder?

Gumps have made it perfectly clear that they’re completely fine with their athletes being responsible for the murder of an innocent mother.
As long is it doesn’t affect them, it’s not their problem.

Bama player delivers the weapon to the shooter (which frequently hung out in UA locker room) and they win a shootout leaving a woman murdered. Shooters shoot!

He accomplished the goal of getting the gun to the gunman and announced in the affirmative if there was a round in the chamber upon arrival.

Except she wasn't, from what I understand she wasn't the intended target. By virtue of having the gun and passing it on, she knew what she was getting herself into. Now, doesn't change that the shooter and all involved need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. However, as a father, I'd be equally as disappointed that I didn't do a better job of raising my child and educating her of the dangers of hanging out with the wrong crowd.

Exactly. She literally did what many people are lying trying to say Miller did. She also circled and followed Miles and Davis and pulled in behind them with her lights off. She’s not innocent by any means in this situation.
