I don’t think the “Sunday - TBA” is warranted. Biedelshies has been “fine” - close to what you should have expected from him. Unless the idea is that you think he’s more valuable as a lefty option out of the pen, in which case you should have said that.

This pitching staff is such a disaster that they continue to move peices around to find the answer.

Warranted or not, this seems to be the path the staff has chosen against #1

Arkansas has the 4th best ERA in conference play. Pitching has not met the high expectations, but far from a disaster.

And were the betting favorite today over the #1 team in the polls.

I did not have Robinett getting his 2nd start of the entire season tonight on my bingo card. Probably better than Peppi at first, maybe. 15 PA's all season is rough to be thrown into the fire, zero timing.

Wasn't Jimenez supposed to be a possible starter once he was fully healed? Wouldn't shock me if he's pitched himself into consideration if they're willing to stretch his outings now.

1.88 ERA in 28.2 innings pitched.

I hope the hell not, Jimmy is one of our better middle relievers.

I"m not at practice every day to see how everyone performs, but I have been hoping to see Robinette at first and Kozeal at 2nd ever since Souza went down. Fraser is going to be a good player for us, but Reese does have experience. I also think he has somewhat of a clutch gene in him too. I'm hoping he keeps performing well at the plate and solidifies this lineup for the rest of the year.

No, 19 league wins secures a top 8 national seed. Depending on the others, it may be 20 league wins.

Still have 7 games remaining with just 16 league wins against another #1 likely next week on the road and then finish at home against the Fighting Tony V’s.

Screw around and go 2-4 in those final two series and Arkansas likely isn’t a top 8.
