Careful, Harsin still owns the better 2-year barner record over Freeze. The only logical conclusion: Less is more.

It's hard to build a roster when recruits know that the people in charge (both boosters and administration) are actively sabotaging you and trying to fire you before you ever even coach a game. Who wants to walk into that dumpster fire?

Yeah when you have boosters perpetuating false rumors about an affair to get a guy fired because he doesn't stroke them like the other guy used to, nobody is going to want to come play for you. That said, nobody strokes a booster like Hugh so they got what they wanted. The team is way worse than it was under Harsin of course but that's Harsin's fault still 3 years later.
