Now list Frank’s tournament success at SC without the final four.

Mike Dubose and Ed Orgeron each won more SEC titles than any coach in the 133 year history of South Carolina football.

bama fans keep bringing up this meaningless shite. Final Fours is the only "tournament success" for major bball programs. That is how you are judged.

Auburn and Alabama have made one each. So you’re saying Auburn and Alabama only have one great season each in program history? I think you’re clinching to final fours because other than 2019 and this year - Pearl has zero tournament success.

Give me Oats’ tournament runs at Alabama over Martin’s tournament success at SC and Pearl’s tournament success at Auburn.

Basically.

All we hear out of you gumps is........"It's all about Championships"........until it isn't. Elite Eights and Sweet 16's are great..........but you know damn well it's about Final Fours. that is what makes a program elite.

I would say Alabama football is about championships based on the established standard.

In basketball if you’re not a blue blood, it’s ok to take an Elite Eight and not be outraged. Making back to back final fours is damn hard. Is it satisfying? Not after making a final four, no. But it’s a good season and the Auburn fans and others trying so desperately to frame it as anything else are trolling.

Yes, I am new to bball.

Explain how UCLA, Kansas, Duke, Villnova, Kent., Michigan St., UF, etc. are all considered elite programs? Hell, Arkansas is considered more storied than either bama and Auburn.

It was a good season. It could have been great. One more win would have made it great.

just.one.more.win.

One more win against a team like Duke is easier said than done. Auburn knows this. And yes I know Auburn played them tight at Cameron but this Duke team has grown and is peaking at the right time. The youth can be overcome when you have three lottery picks, one of which being the top American prospect to come out in many years,

It's not just the loss. It is how you lost. bama was not even competitive. That looked like a round one 1 vs. 16 matchup. Keep making excuses. If the shoe was on the other foot, and it was Auburn in those shoes, this would have been an embarrassing catastrophic loss for Auburn.

nope, but Final Fours are considered the doorstep. Elite Eights aren't even considered the porch.

That was Yale.

Give me an elite eight blowout to a good team over a first round exit to Yale.

In the end...........what exactly is the difference?

Yale beat Auburn.........Auburn didn't make a bowl

bama lost in the Elite Eight.........bama made a bowl and got their shite pushed in.
