You went from a former NBA coach of the year, rumors of Matta, to an up and coming mid major.
That’s underwhelming. Doesn’t make it bad. But certainly underwhelming.
Him dogging Arizona last year is solid though. I forgot about Buffalo doing that.

The biggest mistake the University of ALABAMA has made during the Oats era is the failure to build him and so many long-suffering Basketball fans a house we could be proud of. You can't throw the 100s of millions of dollars in BAMA's football facility and completely fail to launch on a new Basketball stadium.

As a basketball enthusiast, I find Oats' mathematical approach to the game very interesting. Wish he was a better human, but he is definitely a good coach.
