He was awesome tonight and even occasionally did well on defense.

Well we know Alabama can teach players how to shoot.

And it's obvious that Auburn can't teach basketball, right?

Aden is better now than he was as a freshman.

Age?
Different offense?
Role?

Some combo of above.

Auburn definitely didn’t lose anything but he has been a great player for us.

He has. Sometimes a change is for the best.

We won by 25. He had 23. We might’ve won without him, but I’m glad we had those 23

Maturity is my guess but sometimes it's just place. I have no ill will.

I'm not sure why people have a hard time accepting this simple fact.

Particularly in a sport like basketball, the system, self-confidence, just plain the way you feel about the coach, teammates, etc can make a huge difference in individual performance.

He’s a very good system fit for Oats offense.

There have been bama football players who I thought would’ve been better at Auburn, system matters.

He seems like a great kid who’s really coming into his own now that he’s out of what was apparently a highly stifling and toxic environment.
