I rather not leave any opportunity for Rodney Terry to coach here anymore.

Hey Aggie Bob. You won tonight. : ) Seriously we have fans that pull for us to lose when they want a coach fired or player benched. It is really frustrating as an alum who can’t fathom anything but supporting the kids that put on the burnt orange. That includes academics and life as well. Do Aggies do the same type of things? I have been in Oregon for 12 years and forgot what Aggies are like.

I have no illusions of us doing any better. We'll see.

What's winning a game or two when you're not going to win the whole thing? What happened tonight would've happened eventually against Illinois or Kentucky.

Both school fanbases need to be put in the corner. A&M fans celebrating should take note. The officials aren’t in SEC team corners. This was a poorly called game. But Texas missed critical shots as well. The rest of the league wants to advance past this weekend then we better not miss.

Most alums want RT gone, but most would still be happy if we won. We didn't win though. And I say this as a Texas Ex who still lives in Austin.

CDC said at the town hall held a few weeks ago that he wants ALL athletic programs in the top 5. RT ain't ever gonna even have us sniffing the top 20 let alone top 5.

What happened tonight is March Madness, when you had the lead most of the game, up by 10, then lost by 6 while having a 17-2 (before this game) record when leading at half time.

I have never met an Aggie anywhere that roots for their team to lose. I’m sure they exist. But they are rare.

I see he graduated from UT (before my time because I'm in my early 30s) but there are probably far better options.

This is kind of an odd perspective considering Texas has never actually won the whole thing.

I think the disappointment I have in our fans is the way they talk about coaches/players when we they are struggling. I am excited about the commitment to excellence and actually think you are spot on bringing up CDC. But some day he may make a bad hire or two and the. He will be on the chopping block in some Texas fans heads. Type five programs deserve top five fans who are there through thick or thin until the AD actually makes the change. Just a perspective from a fellow Longhorn alum.
