AU and UT (or even A&M if they beat UT) deserve each other. Enjoy the rugby match while KY, Bama, and FL actually play basketball on the other side of the bracket

I don’t know if it’s just because the conference is so fricking tough this year, but the idea of having these rounds day after day is dumb and these tournaments are dumb.

Y’all shot absolutely lights out against FL and still blew a 26 point lead at home. Congrats on hitting a 3 late to take the lead back and hang on for the win, but in no universe are you guys one of the best teams in the country right now. Lower your expectations or you’re going to be severely disappointed in the next 2 weeks.

I question the purpose of a conference tournament. I guess it prepares teams for the real tournament, but why not just extend the regular season instead?
I guess there are financial benefits for the SEC.

Sorry pal but I think you have reading comprehension issues, I never said that. I said we are playing better than anyone in the SEC right now, and the data supports it
Torvik adjusted efficiency is one of the metrics used by the NCAA to evaluate teams, and we have been the 2nd best team in the country over the last 2 weeks in that regard. That’s a fact.
We have the longest win streak in the SEC. That’s also a fact.

Because every once in a blue moon, a team like 2008 UGA makes a Cinderella run to punch their ticket to the dance (due to tornado, that team literally won 2 games on the same day). They made the NCAAT with an overall losing record.
