Glad they caught it early.
I had an uncle - a real stubborn motherfricker, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in his early 60s. Refused treatment of any kind & lived another 20+ years.

Yes. My dad had it and thankfully they caught it early on. The alternative isn't pretty.

Get a complete blood test and pay attention to the PSA levels. I do it once a year. So far, so good. That crap will take you down fast.

Yes every middle aged man should do this. It's my understanding that there are two types. One comes on fairly slow. The other one jumps on you like a fricking mountain lion. I think Jimmy V had the latter.
