Blake Edwards movies were always good but if you ever spent time in LA LA Land and the movie business it is probably his best.

Brown sky from smog

Seriously, was at the house of a famous producer of the era and had all these statues around the house. Swear to god, upon closer inspection, they were made of paper mache.

Hard to tell under the paint. From a distance it looked like actual statuary until you got up close. Seemed like so much fake and glad to get out of there. South is the only place for me, especially the old South that was full of eccentric and interesting people.
