This. Kirby seems to be stuck in Saban's old mentality that defense wins championships because most of our 5 star recruiting has been on that side of the ball.
I think we need a younger up and coming innovative OC who can recruit top players. I just don't think there are many 5 start offensive players who want to play for Bobo.
But in absence of replacing Bobo, we at least need a new OL coach who can recruit top OL and coach them up.

This puts it in perspective pretty well. Something definitely needs to be changed. Firing Mike Bobo is one option. But it's also not the only option, or if it is the correct option. Bobo called really aggressive plays early in all of these games, but the players weren't executing (dropped passes). If somebody else is calling those same plays, and the receivers are actually catching them, that OC is considered a genius.
