NCAA rule
Rule 9-3-2b of the NCAA states that a teammate cannot grasp, pull, or lift the ball carrier to assist in forward progress. The penalty for violating this rule is a five-yard penalty with three-and-one enforcement.
Plain as day. Not called.

It wasn’t 4th down on that play so who knows if they score or not . The targeting call was blown (not that I am upset at that it wasn’t a bad hit but it was targeting ) so don’t say the refs helped ASU . At the end of the day Texas had multiple opportunities to win in regulation and didn’t . You better hope your D shows up against Ohio state ( I do I root for SEC schools ) your O is just inconsistent

Not really. Several holds on ASU DB’s that were not called. Win some lose some. Besides, we all know “helmet to helmet” calls are not real football.

Fair and square. A tx fan wouldn't know it if they saw it. No, that was an intentional no-call. ASU got screwed and the tx gift season continues.
