Yeah because we didn't beat the shite out of everyone else before Saban arrived.

LSU didn't beat Alabama in Baton Rouge for 30 years.

It still took LSU 8 years to beat them at home during this stretch.

Oof.

LSU beat Bama 5 in a row right before Nick.

According to LSU fans, that's the record of a national contender year after year.

That accounts for 18% of your total wins against Alabama in history.

Weird things happen in coaching transitions, and you have to give a guy time to get his guys in. But, I wouldn't feel great about him if I were an Alabama fan. Roster was still plenty capable and Alabama played a very easy schedule.

So the win over LSU in Baton Rouge is your Super Bowl this season

You are correct. It’s the highest we’ve seen since Saban retired.

Well…it’s the first season of the post Saban era, so whatever the record was this season would be the high water mark.

Besides a QB that can run his offense. Give him a year or two

How old are you? From 2000- 2007 bama beat LSU once. Saban made bama great. The last time the won a title before Saban was 1992.

Your back to mediocrity.
