He’s the first one I’ve seen in the portal that I’m truly shocked. I’m guessing he thinks he deserves more NIL money?

Regardless, Red Morgan, come on down!!!

He played good at times, but has been injured a lot. I’m not surprised on any player hitting the portal, I’ve made myself not care. It’s sad really.

Don’t care. He showed his arse in the Iron Bowl.

Wonder if this is NIL related.

He was pushed to the Auburn sideline after the whistle then got jumped by their entire sideline while the referees watched and didn't do anything till his teammates went over to save him.

We get two penalties, Auburn get none and you can't understand how he would be pissed and act out?

Can tell some of you guys don't even live in reality.

Kinda where I'm at with it.

Hard to give a damn when the inmates run the prison. Don't get me wrong, I still watch and cheer. But the days of being young enough to get caught up in all the new shyte the sport is turning into are happily behind me.

The new college football ain't it.

He's a personal foul waiting to happen.

Good chunk of talent behind him that will be fighting for reps, probably in a dog house a little bit, and he’s in his last year of eligibility

I get the decision to transfer, isn’t that shocking when you look at his situation. Pre portal he may have been a grad transfer if Saban wasn’t going to guarantee him the role

Hate to see him go.
But he was no game changer.

I agree with the Auburn game. He did run hot throughout the year though.

I mean if its crazy Tony, Dre, Harrison, i am fine with it because of the talent.

So far, so good, with the portal this year.

Why TF is this downvoted? All these fans have been crying about this generation being soft and then they complain when our guys defend themselves? Makes no sense.

Not really, no. Acting out is for the internet. It takes monumental stupidity to act like that at work. This is his livelihood, and if he wants that to continue beyond the next two years, he needs to work on self discipline. I pay good money to watch him play professional football, and honestly, I expect him to do his job.

Throwing punches on the ground is not part of that job. Ever. Even after a flagrant uncalled penalty.

This is a new reality. When the dust settles, people who do shite like that will get fined for their inability to control themselves. For now, we'll have to settle for anonymous internet ridicule.

He's a highly compensated contractor. He absolutely needs to be called out when he fricks up at work.

ETA - I'll add, that I wish he hadn't jumped ship. He's a very good player.

Yep. When players act like that, the best case scenario is they get an offsetting penalty that hurts the team because they lose the penalty yards.

The worst case scenario is what happened in this case.

I would always love depth but depth is a thing of the past unless you spend 20-30m/year.

Saab is going back to middle of the field safety next year. Hubbard will be the box safety. Morgan will probably be the corner/safety hybrid?

This is my mentality. I no longer allow myself to get attached to any of these players.
