Belichick to North Carolina

Belichick has been actively looking for a job ever since he was fired by the Patriots.

For some reason I feel like this will go similar to Urban trying out the NFL

Belichick was talking about how he was gonna run the most professional college program ever. A lot easier said than done.

Can’t believe UNC didn’t learn their lesson on hiring geriatric coaches.

Saban isn't trying to pay for an upper end of 24 yr old arse? His espn and Bama money will cover all of his "interests."

Belichick will be a disaster at UNC.

Saban voluntarily retired at a time of his own choosing while he was still having success. Belichick was forced out of New England as his teams continued to decline dramatically. Belichick has actively sought a coaching job since being forced out of New England. Saban is working in media and seems very happy.

I don’t think their situations are similar at all and Belichick taking the UNC job offers zero indication that Saban wants to coach again.
