Along with the rest of the O.

56 and 75 played a lot this year in a back up roll on the OL after the season got started. LT should be set unless he portals out again. He needs to lose weight and get more agile. I hope our C returns. 52 is probably a first rounder. 77 should be returning and may move to LG

I am not sold that Ty will be the starter next year. Our two RB's should be returning unless one portals out. 2 is returning and I am not sure if Germy has more years to play but he has been solid as a rock.

We're going to lose a lot of people to the portal.

Dont be the Debbie Downer and rain on my parade this AM. Why do you think this way? Purely for the NIL opportunity? For every one who leaves we should be able to portal one as good or better. We upgraded at C and 5 was at WR. We got a good DB and a good safety.

Hopefully we see why Courtney Morgan makes what he does.

It’s amazing that teams can flip a roster in a two week span nowadays.

Neither 22 nor 26 are elite. Just above average with no ceiling other than what you saw yesterday or days past,

We need an upgrade.

As long as the financial backing is there to do it.

I hope the 3 losses are used as a reason to increase spending, rather than a reason to contribute less.

Don't believe Alabama has the alumni base to compete with the top spenders in the sport. It is what it is.

It's why downs is at Ohio State

Probably not, but I think the budget can be there for a crown jewel piece in the portal if they really want. A pass rusher would be great, or maybe another WR or RT.

Requires being able to scout cheaper guys looking for bigger opportunities, and again, hopefully Morgan is worth every penny.

It's what the sport has become unfortunately.

It's not just an Alabama problem. We have allowed unfettered free agency to set in and kids are chasing bags more than trying to get developed.

Why even try to put in the work to make it to the NFL when you can make $10 million before stepping foot on a college campus?

Probably not, but they did try to keep him with seperate offers.

Safety isn't a premium position to me, so I wouldn't pay 2 million for one. I'd absolutely splurge on a pass rusher.

How the hell do we know? We never dedicated ourselves to running the ball except against LSU and Auburn and won both games.

Our OL is the worst we've had in years. They are too big and slow for DeBo's offense. The best OL we have is the smallest.

IMO a safety is not worth 2 million in this market unless you just have money to throw away.

Downs was a phenominal player.

With that said, there wasn't much of a drop off at Safety this year if any. Hubbard has turned into quite the play maker.

If anywhere we missed Downs as a punt returner.

You may laugh but I wouldn’t be surprised to see 5 new starters on the o line next year. Proctor and Pritchett got abused like a $2 ho most of the year. Both are massively fat and out of shape. If they can’t or refuse to both lose about 30 lbs apiece and become quicker, they can and SHOULD lose their starting jobs.

Booker is gone. Roberts is probably gone and so is Brailsford. So, my guess is the starting O line could be:

LT. Wilkin Formby

LG. Geno Vandermark

C. Roq Montgomery

RG. Olaus Olinen

RT. Miles McVay or Ty Haywood

Frankly, every job should be up for grabs on the offense. I think we’ve got some guys who are way, way complacent and comfortable and thinking they can’t lose their jobs.

Why would you think Brailsford is gone?

We are going into the portal for a RT.......Ty Haywood is 4th on our list of 5 committed OLineman. Thats why he isn't signing this week - wants more than we are willing to give. The player we have to have here is Carroll.
