Honestly no idea if it’s the coaching or the QB play at this point.

Milroe is Milroe but the penalties and lack of focus seem like a coaching issue. Also would think an elite coaching staff would figure out how to use #4 more effectively. On the flip side, they did reduce the penalty issue from earlier in the year.

Kalen DeBoer was hired because he's an offensive mastermind, but he runs a particular system that Milroe doesn't fit into.

Think about Josh Heupel - fantastic coach, another offensive mastermind, but Milroe wouldn't fit into that offense either.

Milroe doesn't really do anything well. Tommy Rees was hired, because his offense was really balanced, conservative, and great for a running QB. Rees was the perfect fit for Milroe, and the offense was STILL putrid. We won 11 games last year because it was a throwback classic Saban defense with Kevin Steele.

Milroe is fricking terrible. As soon as we get a QB that's made for an air-raid offense, we're gonna look great.
