I’m all about praising the Lord but man those signs are annoying. Seems like they got em rigged a certain way too so they can move them into camera view every time.

Anyone know the back story on them? Is it a specific group or nutjob church that shows up each week?

Downvoted. Don't ever say the name of Jesus in a negative context. Ever. The more of it the better. Especially in these current times.

They are egomaniacs who think they are smarter than others and have to push their beliefs upon them.

Why does a sign about Jesus make you angry though?

It's not the signs. It's the nutjobs that hold them and the bullshite they're saying on their mega phones

If you had something that you thought could save the world, you wouldn’t want to share? Seems a little selfish

I wasn't around 2,000 years ago to have met him in person, but from what I read of what he said, I doubt he would want his followers annoying people in that setting. He would probably tell them to use their money and time feeding and clothing the homeless on a cold morning like this, not holding up Jesus signs at a football game.

I’m honestly not familiar with it. If they’re using mega phones, I could understand the frustration.

Maybe they are just spreading the good news? You don’t know what they do outside of a camera. Maybe they do feed and shelter the homeless? Maybe they don’t. But I don’t see anything wrong with doing what we are all supposed to be doing and spreading the news. Especially with what’s going on in the world.

Are you talking about signs like the ones that are held during Mardi Gras that says everything is a sin and everyone going to hell?

People will forget what you say, but they will never forget how you made them feel. They would convert 20x as many helping others instead of holding signs and shouting with loud speakers.

One guy is holding a sign saying "feed the hungry." Then why isn't he feeding the hungry on a cold morning instead of holding a sign?

Exactly. Again…I have no problem with someone being there holding a sign. It’s a free country. But the fact that they got them rigged a certain way and float them into every freaking camera angle is highly annoying.

What about when Pat says "Touchdown Jesus Christ"?

And BTW, what do your Buddhist and Hindu alters think about it?
