This is the guy who was set to make the move with Deboer. Heck of an OC.
He ended up taking the same gig with the Seahawks.
There isn't a man alive that knows DeBoer as well as Grubb. He knows the offense better than DeBoer.

The issue isn't just with Milroe. But yes Grubb would have been a difference maker simply from the play calling.

Milroe sucked. We all know that. But a good OC could have put him in a better position to be successful. I thought the OC had put it together the last 2 weeks but obviously he is a moron in over his head.
