Florida has:

@ LSU
@ A&M
@ Ole Miss
@ Kentucky
vs. Texas
vs. Tennessee
vs. Georgia
vs. Miss State

Still a very tough schedule.

South Carolina gets another tough one. Texas, not so much.

Texas:

vs Texas A&M
vs Arkansas
vs Vanderbilt

@ Ohio State
@ Georgia
@ Florida
@ Kentucky
@ Miss State

vs Oklahoma (Dallas)

On paper, this looks tougher.. but I thought this year looked better than it turned out..

If by joke you mean your Gators wont hold up your end of the deal to be a tough “ranked” opponent we play on the road then I guess that's a you problem

Georgia, Florida not easy games. The rest of the conference games aren’t very difficult.

Maybe Texas won't get Florida without 8 starters next year a week after losing its starting QB in Jacksonville.

How did Texas get such a cake walk of a schedule, while others got brutal

Not sure but if you'll create 20 or 30 more posts crying about it we might eventually figure it out

The other side of the schedule isn't all that different imo..

I think the main problem is having Oklahoma, Texas A&M and Arkansas as our permanent opponents, especially when OU isn't play all that great.. until last week.

Adding a 9th game however, does add some grit to the schedule though..

I don't know which team you support, but I would guess that it is a team that doesn't have their biggest rival in conference?

South Carolina?
Kentucky?

Why in the world would you not want Alabama vs Auburn game each year? Georgia vs Florida? etc etc

eta: You are a LSU fan? Nevermind. That makes more sense. smh

I would love that, not the reason we were beating you 42-0 but yes would have made a much more competitive game.

Would have loved to see Lagway but our D is very good so not sure it would have mattered.

Florida missing 8 starters, including its starting QB a week after a rivalry game, wasn't the reason they were down 42-0.

Got it.

Every team has starters out so does Texas. Are you not deep? All I heard was how deep the sec was on your rosters.

Yes losing lagway hurt but 42-0 hurt no I think we beat Florida either way but a closer game for sure.

Guess what you get your chance next year, hope your team is healthy
